Widely Targeted Metabolomics Service in Plant

Widely targeted metabolome is a metabolome detection technology that integrates the advantages of non-targeted and targeted metabolite detection technologies. It uses high-sensitivity LC/MS and a rich plant metabolite database to achieve high throughput, Highly sensitive, wide coverage, qualitative and accurate metabolite detection. The widely targeted metabolome can compare the types and abundance differences of metabolites between different samples, screen out significant differences in metabolites with important biological significance between different groups, and qualitatively and quantitatively detect low-abundance trace-level compounds. This technology is mainly used in plant growth and development research, plant stress biology research, crop agronomic traits research, active ingredient identification of medicinal plants, and nutrient color metabolism research of vegetables, fruits and flowers, etc.

  • It is recommended that each experimental treatment has more than 6 biological replicates
