LncRNA Sequencing

Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a non-coding RNA with unique regulatory functions that has attracted widespread attention in recent years. The length of lncRNA is more than 200nt, does not code for protein, and has poor conservation between species. Some sequence structures are similar to mRNA (containing polyA tails and variable splicing), while others do not have these characteristics. LncRNA regulates gene expression at epigenetic, transcription and post-transcriptional levels by binding to DNA, RNA or protein. This technology has been widely used in the fields of medicine and agronomy, mainly for the search and prediction of new lncRNA, disease research, regulatory network research, etc.

Sample requirements

  • Total sample requirement≥10μg, concentration≥300ng/μl, RIN≥7, OD260/280=1.8~2.2, OD260/230≥2.0, 28S/18S≥1.0
  • Please put the sample in a 1.5ml tube, indicate the sample name, concentration and preparation time on the tube, and use parafilm to seal the tube mouth.
  • Before shipping, fix all sample tubes in 50ml centrifuge tubes with caps and ship them on dry ice.
