Receptor material

  • Recipient material varieties: R108-1 and Jemalong A17.
  • Recipient material types: leaf explants, root explants.

Transformation methods

  • Using leaf or root explants derived from the R108-1 genotype with strong regenerative ability.
  • Using cotyledon explants from Jemalong A17 genotype, allowing rapid propagation through direct shoot organogenesis.
  • Via vacuum infiltration flowering plants or seedlings developed from the Arabidopsis "floral dip" method, which requires no plant tissue culture process.
