Proteomics Qualitative Analysis in Plant
INQUIRYIntroductions
In-depth and systematic research on proteins as the functional executives of life activities can not only reveal the essence of life activities in a panoramic manner, but also the key proteins discovered are of great significance for revealing the occurrence and development mechanisms of plant growth and resistance to adversity and stress. Qualitative protein analysis is mainly to determine whether there is protein in the sample and what kind of protein is present. It mainly uses liquid mass spectrometry to detect the peptides after enzymatic hydrolysis, and then compares with the protein sequence library of the corresponding species to obtain which proteins are present in the sample, as well as the peptide sequences and isoelectric points of these proteins, etc.
