Smart-seq2 single-cell transcriptome sequencing uses SMART amplification technology to perform reverse transcription and PCR amplification of mRNA in a single cell, combined with transposase library building technology, and finally uses high-throughput sequencing to analyze gene expression quantification, functional enrichment, and metabolic pathways of mRNA in single cells.
