Ribo-seq of Plant
INQUIRYIntroductions
Ribo-seq is the abbreviation of ribosome profiling sequencing, which is a major technical means to study translationomics by using sequencing methods. Translation group sequencing refers to the sequencing of RNA fragments that are being translated combined with ribosomes to accurately obtain information and accurate quantification of all translatable molecules (including mRNA and other potentially translatable RNA molecules such as lncRNA, circRNA, etc.) in the sample. It is the bridge between the transcriptome and the proteome. It can analyze differentially expressed genes in the process of life at the translation level, such as environmental stimulation, metabolism or disease that affect translation efficiency, RNA structure or post-transcriptome modification affects translation products, opening a new perspective for scientific research. Its application fields are also very wide, such as studying the regulation mechanism of animals and plants under adversity stress, studying the molecular mechanism of ontogeny and senescence, and so on.
Services
With years of rich experience, Lifeasible provides ribosome profiling sequencing and analysis service. Customers only need to provide cells, tissues or RNA, and we complete the entire service process from sample extraction, quality testing, sequencing, biological information analysis to making reports.

Sample requirements
- Cell samples≥1×106. Cell samples need to be pre-treated with Harringtonine and cycloheximide, and then sent by quick freezing in liquid nitrogen.
- Plant tissue samples≥400mg. After the tissue samples are collected, they are quickly frozen in liquid nitrogen and transported on dry ice.
Project cycle
- The entire project generally takes about 3 months.
Feedback to customers
- Raw data
- A project report includes experimental process, instrument parameters, analysis methods and results, etc.
