INQUIRYIntroductions
Epigenetic regulation plays a fundamental role in regulating diverse developmental processes and in the response mechanism of plants to the environment without changing the DNA sequence. Epigenetics refers to heritable changes in chromatin structure, which does not involve changes in the basic DNA sequence, but changes gene expression through DNA methylation or histone modification. The epigenetic regulation of plant genome is a highly dynamic process that can fine-tune the expression of a group of related genes under certain environmental or developmental conditions. DNA methylation and/or histone modification are affected by non-biological/biological factors, which can make plants better adapt to adverse environmental conditions. This epigenetic modification provides a mechanical basis for stress memory, enabling plants to respond more effectively to repeated stresses and prepare for potential attacks from offspring.

Sample requirements
- Sample type - cell sample or RNA sample derived from plant tissue.
- Plant tissue sample at least 2g.
- The required amount of DNA sample should be ≥ 10 ng, RNA concentration should be> 350 ng/μl, no EDTA, no DNA contamination.
- If conditions permit, you can send 2~3 times the sample size for backup.
