Epigenetics refers to heritable changes in chromatin structure, which does not involve changes in the basic DNA sequence, but changes gene expression through DNA methylation or histone modification. Sample requirements

  • Sample type - cell sample or RNA sample derived from plant tissue.
  • Plant tissue sample at least 2g.
  • The required amount of DNA sample should be ≥ 10 ng, RNA concentration should be> 350 ng/μl, no EDTA, no DNA contamination.
  • If conditions permit, you can send 2~3 times the sample size for backup.
