- Masters or Ph.D. in plant breeding or related field.

Experience in plant molecular breeding related projects is preferred.
- Possess solid professional knowledge and ability to provide customers with professional technical support.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate with customers without barriers.

Technical platform builders / project undertakers / project developers

- Have rich experience in R&D or production (with 3~ 5 years of related work).
- Ability to help us build a unique technology platform.
- Possess project design, experimental team building and laboratory management capabilities.
- Responsible for technical platform construction, project undertaking and development projects.
